Before your massage:

Be at time.
Fill out your consent ( attached to the appointment confirmation).
Drink water before and after.
Take a shower or bath, we don’t provide shower.
Communicate your concerns and preferences with your therapist.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
To enhance your experience take some time to mentally relax with a deep breathing and good actitude.
